New KB article: Monitoringhost.exe causes high cpu-load
On x64 based computers the process Monitoringhost.exe may consume 100% cpu resources. KB974051 describes it and refers to hotfix KB968967 in order to solve it.
Warning: Server needs a reboot after the installation of this hotfix.
Thanks for visiting my blog. As far as I have seen it is not related to the version of OpsMgr since it is an issue with any application using MSXML 6.0. And OpsMgr Sp1 and r2 do use that component (all MPs are xml based)
Does this happen on all versions of OpsMgr?
