OM12: Recommended Agent OS Fixes And Updates

For a few days now Microsoft has published KB2843219 which discusses fixes and updates recommended for running an OM12 Agent on a Windows computer.

Even though this KB article isn’t very reader friendly (it contains 28 different items!), it contains good information. So whenever you bump into an OM12 Agent which doesn’t work as expected, this KB is the place to start your investigation.
