I am looking into installing the connectors for BMC Remedy, Our remedy system will be upgraded in a few months to Version 7.5. Is this supported? I do not see anything in the documentation about newer versions of Remedy.

    Hi Chuck.

All I can see on this webpage (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=592e4143-c5c8-4270-9a7a-cd0a31ab3189&displaylang=en) is this: Operations Manager 2007 R2 Connector for BMC Remedy ARS
Help Desk 6.3 or Service Desk 7.1 running on Windows Server 2003.

Perhaps you should post a question on the TechNet OpsMgr Forum for this: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/operationsmanagerextensibility/threads

    Best regards,
    Marnix

Will the connector for BMC Remedy ARS work with SCOM 2012 SP1?

    Hi Jacob Benker.

As stated here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/12804.system-center-2012-integration-guide-operations-manager.aspx#Connectors: '...System Center 2012 has the same connector framework from Operations Manager 2007 R2. New connectors can be created using the Operations Manager Connector Framework , and existing connectors will work without modification...'

    However, test it first please.

    Cheers,
    Marnix

I have been testing the 2007 R2 Remedy ARS connector with SCOM 2012 and although it installs, I am getting an error when I try to access the interop configuration on the administration pane. Has anyone else been able to actually get it to work?

After some manipulation we have been able to get the provider and connector installed and running, but when we try to access the configuration for the ARS interop connector in the administration tab it is erroring out, failng to load modules. Has anyone been able to get the Remedy ARS interop connector to work with SCOM 2012?
