After an upgrade I got EventID 31565 on the SCOM 2012 R2 Management Servers, with the message ‘Invalid column name 'TfsWorkItemId':
Problem solved!
As it turned out, the DW database was missing these two new columns: 2 new columns: TfsWorkItemId and TfsWorkItemOwner.
Thanks to this blog article of Mihai Sarbulescu this situation was quickly solved
