Scheduling Rules to run only on a specified time

As we all know, scheduling Rules to run on specified times can be done but is not an easy one. In order to achieve it, some real XML editing has to be done. But what if you are a system engineer and have many more tasks at hand besides maintaining SCOM? Life is complicated as it is, so many people stay away from it.

Cameron Fuller has posted an excellent article, about how to achieve this without taking a deep dive into XML. Of course, one has to adjust some XML code but is just as ‘complex’ as checking the engine oil of your car, whereas the original approach is just as challenging as building your own car :).
