This issue happens eventhough KB958490 has been applied.
The solution is simple:
In the SCOM Console go to Monitoring, Microsoft Windows Cluster, Cluster Service State.
Select the underlying Cluster Services of the Cluster which is in an unmonitored state and put these Cluster Services for five minutes in Maintenance Mode (MM).
When these servers get out of MM, the Cluster will get into a monitored state within a couple of minutes.
Of course needs Proxying to be enabled on the Cluster Nodes, but that goes without saying since that is described in the manual of the Cluster MP: Read The Friendly Manual...
