New KB article: Fixes two issues with MPs in OpsMgr SP1

With OpsMgr SP1 there are two issues you might experience when working with:

1. Many Groups
   When trying to create many groups in a single MP or trying to import a MP containing many Groups it fails and EventID 26319 is logged in the OpsMgr log.
   
   
2. MP Template
   When trying to create a MP based on a MP Template or trying to import a MP based on a MP Template, an exception may be generated in the OpsMgr Console.

KB974254 describes it and contains a hotfix (two SQL scripts) for it.

This hotfix is meant for OpsMgr SP1 installations ONLY!
